SMALL BUSINESS SCHOOL

In the beginning of 1996, following initiative from JDC and in cooperation with Law Center Open Society Fund, "La Benevolencija" started the Small Business School. JDC and Open Society Fund are the sponsors, while Law Center of Open Society Fund and "La Benevolencija" implement the project

The basic goal of the school is education of those people who are willing to enter various forms of private entrepreneurship.

Eminent professors from Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as those from abroad were lecturers in this school, offering basic knowledge, essential for initiation of small firms of all types: production, sale and services.

In 1996, there were 6 courses altogether, 60 hours each. Each course had 25 students and the number of people interested in attending the course exceeded the school capacities.
