Before becoming TSO they were a heavy rock band celald Savatage. The track Christmas Eve Sarajevo is from their concept album Dead Winter Dead' released mid 90 s. If you like this track you will love the album. It tells the story of the war in Yugoslavia. Christmas Eve Sarajevo was originally released by Savatage but because it was labelled heavy metal' it got virtually no airplay in US. Unfortunately Chris Olivia, a founding member died and they reformed some time later as TSO.

REGARDING THE SUBMISSION OF THE CLAIMS
FOR PROPERTY RESTITUTION AND COMPENSATION

Former owners, its legal inheritors and legal successors are being informed that the Application with supporting documentation, which was submitted to the Republic Directorate for Property of Republic of Serbia, pursuant to the Law on Registration and Recording of Confiscated Property (“Official Gazette RS”, Nr.45/05), is not considered as a claim for restitution of confiscated property or compensation, submitted on the basis of the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation. (“Official Gazette RS”, Nr. 72/2011).


For the purpose of exercising right based on the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation,claims shall be made only in accordance with the public invitation that was published by the Agency for Restitution on 6th of February, 2012 in public media- daily newspaper “Politika” and “Vecernje Novosti”, as well as on internet sites of the Ministry for Finance: www.mfin.gov.rs and of the Agency for Restitution: www.restitucija.gov.rs.

Claims shall be submitted through post offices, on ZVIO form which is prescribed on basis of the “Rule book of form for claimforrestitution of confiscated property and compensation, avenue and procedure of admission and processing of the claim, list of post offices in which submitting of the claimshall be performed and form and content of claim abstracts” (Official Gazette RS”, Nr. 94/2011).

The claimshall be submitted with necessary evidence, in original or certified copy, in accordance with the Article 42 of the Law on Property Restitution and Compensation.

Admission of claims shall be done exclusively in Post Offices starting from 1st of March, 2012 until 1st of March 2014.

List of post offices in which admission of claims shall be done, is published in “Official Gazette RS” Nr. 94/2011 and on internet pages of the Ministry of Finance: www.mfin.gov.rs and of the Agency for Restitution

Još se skuplja istorijska građa kojom treba da se utvrdi da li je imovina od 1941. do 1945. godine stečena holokaustom. Tako će imovina biti vraćena pravim vlasnicima. To mora da se uradi, jer bi, u protivnom, zločin bio legalizovan, kaže direktor Agencije za restituciju Strahinja Sekulić.

Prema uputstvu Agencije za restituciju, imovina stečena holokaustom vraćaće se samo pravim vlasnicima, potomcima jevrejskih žrtava. Istorijska građa i dokazi o načinu sticanja imovine, koja može biti predmet potražnje, prikupljaju se, a u slučaju da je reč o nekretninama koje nemaju žive naslednike, one bi mogle pripasti jevrejskoj zajednici.
Direktor Agencije za restituciju Strahinja Sekulić kaže da to nije lak zadatak, ali da mora da se uradi, jer bi, u protivnom, makar i indirektno, holokaust bio legalizovan.

"Od 1941. godine je počela diskriminacija Jevreja i njihova imovina ostajala je prazna. Oni su odvođeni u logore, a preko dve banke prikazivani su kao dužnici. Tako im je oduzimana imovina", objašnjava Sekulić.

U jevrejskoj zajednici navode da će do kraja nedelje Agenciji za restituciju ustupiti spisak od oko 4.000 imena ljudi sa teritorije Beograda koji su 1941. godine, na zahtev okupatora, prijavili svoju imovinu.
